Seated Chair Massage

Seated Chair Massage for relaxation and to reduce stress and tension. A session lasts only six to twelve minutes. The head, neck, shoulders, arms, and back are accessible to receive massage in a seated chair with a face rest attached. Series of compressions, kneading, friction, percussive techniques are used on fully clothed individuals.
